Mission statement

The mission of the FHA Board is to...

  • Protect and enhance property values by establishing and enforcing rules defined in FHA's governing documents.

  • Ensuring Foxcroft remains a pleasant place to live by fostering a sense of community through annual events (Easter Egg Hunt, Annual Picnic).

  • Provide structure to the community through the management of Foxcroft's finances, contracted services (snow and trash removal) and common assets (monuments located at the neighborhood's entrances).

2020 Objectives

 

Accounting system conversion

To streamline accounting processes, eliminate single points of failure and facilitate recurring transitions of responsibilities the Board will implement a web-based accounting solution.

 

Welcome package

To ensure new residents are aware of Foxcroft’s rules & regulations and annual events the Board will design a simple but informative welcome package that can be delivered to all new residents.

Property improvement standards

To provide residents with guidance and ensure a consistent estetic throughout the neighborhood over the coming decades, the Board will document a set of design standards.

 

Website update

To reduce maintenance costs and increase control over content updates the Board will transition the HOA website to a new platform and assume responsibility for ongoing maintenance.
